Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer standard shipping in Australia at a rate of $14.50 on orders under $55 (Estimated delivery time is 2 to 8 business days)

We offer express shipping in Australia at a rate of $18.50 on all orders (Estimated delivery time is 1 to 4 business days)

We also offer free standard shipping in Australia on orders over $55 (Estimated delivery time is 2 to 8 business days)

All Domestic Shipping is done through Australia Post.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all the following countries and continents: All of Europe, North and South America, New Zealand, Asia, Africa and all Pacific Island countries.

We offer $25 flat rate shipping outside of Australia on orders under $100.

We also offer free shipping outside of Australia on orders over $100.

All International Shipping is done through Australia Post.

Estimated delivery time for International Shipping is 7 to 28 business days.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Be Curly is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 28 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@becurly.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
